Eventually I want to investigate crime scenes. From what I’ve read, to do that I need to have so many hours as a regular officer. Is that true? How do I get to be an investigator.
March 8, 2021 at 9:51 am #4522AnonymousInactive00000Most states require a least a 4-year degree in Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice and 2 to 4 years of field experience and CSI certifications. You can also consider being a Forensic Technician which requires less education and field experience.
