What are employers looking for in the people they hire?
00000Employers want new hires to have at least a bachelor’s degree for most positions, along with considerable experience in advertising, promotions and/or marketing. Strong work ethic and ability to work with deadlines and under pressure. Excellent management and interpersonal skills.
