What are employers looking for in employees?
00000Of course, you have to know the markets and how they work. A college degree is desirable but not necessary. There are a series of licensing that you must have to work with clients. This is required to work in each state that your clients live. Experience is great and desired. but not necessary. Some companies like to do their own training.
