What do employers want when they hire people?
00000Diploma or degree in automotive technology or equivalent. A strong work ethic. Someone dependable who will show up on time and work hard. Good communication skills and a team player. Good listening skills, the ability to follow directions and complete tasks well. A positive attitude and the willingness to keep learning on the job.
