Deerwood Police Department00000As coordinator of our field training program we are looking for people who can communicate, multi-task, make sound decisions & are confident. We are looking for people who have a track record of making good decisions & have established moral and ethical records. There are minimum requirements for education and training, but in my experience someone with a 4 year degree or masters degree doesn’t make a better cop than someone with an associates degree.
