Most employers use multiple platforms to advertise – online, newspaper, radio, social media, etc. Sometimes larger employers are more likely to use digital advertising that smaller, but it really depends on the employer. Another important avenue employers use is connection to their local college programs. It’s not uncommon for employers to contact instructors looking for talented employees. Many students are offered jobs prior to graduation. Transportation is very cool in this way!
