Lately, I’ve been doing a lot of direct recruiting of people that I know, or learn about from others, but only because of a low amount of applications. Our best tool is the employment tab on our website…APPLY, APPLY, APPLY. I’m hopeful to get more interested applicants through Bridges Connection and local schools.
