    Evaluate your interest in advertising and marketing for the long term. If the interest is there, develop your goals, develop a plan for the future and identify personal spending needs. Talk to people in the industry, do online research regarding job opportunities and responsibilities. Plan to complete a 4-year business related degree. Remember you need experience in the field before becoming a manager.
