Technician field is constantly growing and evolving. The need to conserve fuel will change the way cars are designed. There will be more electrical systems powering cars, more self steering vehicles and new safety options. These changes mean that mechanics will need to training to repair and maintain these new systems. The days of the ‘arm chair’ mechanic are gone.
