    What are employers looking for in employees?

    Employers are looking for employees who can solve problems with not just their hands, but also with technology. Almost all employers are looking for students who have completed some sort of certificate or degree program from a 2-yr community or technical college. Completing a college experience not only provides you with technical skills and knowledge, but also shows employers that you work hard and follow through with responsibilities. SUPER IMPORTANT – they want YOU, and they want you to SUCCEED in college, so many employers offer scholarships and tuition reimbursement for students and recent graduates!
