What are employers looking for in people they hire?
00000Dependability. Have to show up on time and sometimes stay late. Being willing to work evenings and weekends when needed. Have to get along with people-co-workers and customers. Need to take initiative and step in to help and get things done. Have to be able to be a good communicator and dress appropriately.
