    What are employers looking for in their workers?

    We will take guys and gals of all experience levels, school or no school, prior training or no training. We are looking for employees who are motivated, reliable, on time, honest and people we know can put in a good day’s work who also take pride in their jobs.

    Generally they like some one with education and/or experience in plumbing and a little carpentry does not hurt.
