What do employers want to see when they hire?
00000Employers are looking for a degree and certification and experience. They also want employees have the ability to troubleshoot and perform complex problem solving, reading comprehension and time management skills, math and computer knowledge to use and understand manual, manual dexterity and customer-service skills when interacting with clients.
