What do employers want? Do I have to be a good golfer?
March 10, 2021 at 5:02 pm #5426AnonymousInactive00000The upper level jobs (PGA Golf Professional & GCSAA Golf Course Superintendent) require years of education and experience, but most often the entry and mid-level job skills can be learned on the job as long as the person is willing to learn. The biggest thing I look for is a person that is good with people, has a strong work ethic, is reliable and accountable, does the job that is asked and shows initiative to do things without being asked.
