What do employers look for when they hire people?
00000High school diploma with a post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant area is preferred. Excellent academic credentials are essential. Prior experience providing support at a manufacturing setting my be helpful. Strong physical ability and computer skills including MS Office is necessary.
