    What are employers looking for when they hire?

    Employers want; 2 year degree in law enforcement, someone who can take direction, someone with good communication both written and oral, and has the ability to work with minimal supervision.

    Honest, hard working people who work well with a team toward common goals. High school diploma is required and there are no experience requirements as we have an 8 week paid training program.

    I believe for jail support you just need a high school diploma, be at least 18 years of age. Skills, education and experience is a bonus.
