    With more and more types of health issues coming up I can training and a better understanding needed there.

    Socially, there is a lot of talk about disbanding law enforcement or defunding police. This will never happen and I chalk it up to political rhetoric . Our profession, like most others is constantly changing. We are undergoing changes as society’s idea of what law enforcement should look like evolves. This includes more training, updating technology & providing more services to the community.
