Hi! I had a few questions:
-How many years of schooling do you need to become a nurse practitioner?
    -Do you enjoy it?
-Would working a night shift be easier than a day shift for this job?

You must complete your Nursing bachelor’s degree first, generally 4 years. Nurse practitioners hold a master’s degree which can take approximately two to three years to complete. The actual length of time depends on the specific program of study and the credit load carried per semester.
I love the work and the staff I work with. The night shift generally is more difficult because you are often working in an emergency room and the issues are greater than a normal day clinic appointment.
