    What would you recommend I do as a high schooler to get into this field?

    As a high schooler, I would recommend that you take classes in business management, psychology, finance, economics, statistics, and public speaking. You will need to pursue a college degree in Human Services. Joining a local Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Chapter will help once you have your degree.
