Staying current is an on-going project. With all the new materials they are using in making vehicles today, it is important to understand how collisions affect the overall body construction. There is new equipment, such a dentless repair equipment, that makes the job easier but requires skill to use. I continue to go to training put on by our vendors and attend trade shows to make sure I know about the new types of equipment and materials.
