The day starts with a brief team meeting with floor leadership. They talk about the jobs to work on that are urgent to ship. They also review what challenges we may have for the day. We receive a production assignment and which machine we’ll be working on. Depending on how experienced you are, you may set-up a machine, run the part, check the part for quality and then write notes for the next shift.
