Are there a lot of jobs in this career?
March 8, 2021 at 2:25 pm #4596AnonymousInactive00000There is a multitude of jobs in this career that go far beyond the title “farmer”. Modern agriculture is not the farm of the old days. Those who could be considered Farmers or who support Farmers would include jobs such as: crop advisor, chemical spray applicator, veterinary technician, agronomist, diesel mechanic, heavy equipment operator, precision Ag. technician, computer programmer, agriculture accountant, irrigation technician, nutritionist, farm equipment marketing and repair, seed geneticist, COOP manger and many more.
